This hotel was a lovely base for exploring New York. Thoroughly enjoyed the property's very nice staff at the reception desk.- The location was great.- The room was modern.- The restaurant was amazing with a diverse menu.- Had warm dishes at the restaurant.

ideal place for a visit to new york, it has easy location close to a bus line that services the archer st train station and very good services.

Our room was great value for money, included a safe, flat screen TV with cable channels, and a microwave oven. It had a comfortable bed, and the staff were professional at the reception desk. The location was convenient, close to the airport, with an airport shuttle service available. The room was clean and pet-friendly. Convenient food delivery services were also available, and there was a nearby mall with more restaurants and shops.

I liked the room The most, was small but very cozy and the bathroom was clean

The free breakfast situation was confusing I ddnt know if they'd bring it or I had to get it myself and ended up without breakfast

Delicious food and great views overlooking the airport ✨. The rooms are well-equipped and have a functional layout.

Very quiet hotel at night (I was there mid week). Comfy bed, very clean. Toiletries supplied in the bathroom. Just a café for breakfast so I could buy what I wanted - I didn't have to spend a lot of money for a big breakfast I can't eat, I could just buy a coffee and a scone. They let me show myself to my room.The shuttle to the airport was great. Staff were all really friendly. I felt safe staying in this hotel as a woman on my own.

They could have sent me some information in advance on how to get the shuttle on arrival at JFK. I contacted them through Booked.net a couple of times and didn't hear back. But it was fine after I called them when I got to the airport. The driver gave everyone an icy cold bottle of water which was very welcome.

We had a great time at this hotel, everything was perfect.

Poor interior and exterior soundproofing. Very noisy heating.
